Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the turnover and gross margin in his area
- Roll out of regional parts and service concepts and promotions in his region, when needed with agreed local adaptations. Measuring and reporting results. Feedback on ideas and improvements. Accountable for the results
- Price management in his region and implementation of the pricing strategy in his area
- Scanning the markets to identify areas of growth, customer segments or product ideas and feeding these back to regional marketing
- Development of dealers in sales and marketing through coaching and training
- During the planning period: create a business plan proposal for his region

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in related sectors
- Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle or Heavy Construction Equipment is essential
- Should be dealing with the spare parts of euipment's brands like Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, Hyundai etc.
- Good interpersonal skills
