Special Projects Manager - Public Sector

As the Special Projects Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership across multiple departments to manage the development and delivery of special projects and initiatives.

Description

* Use the latest project management methodologies to manage and oversee multiple initiatives, often with conflicting timescales and priorities
* Managing transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage findings to develop financial predictions
* Provide continuous support to strategic planning teams to oversee activities and manage risk, as appropriate
* Lead on the preparation of project reports, presentations and executive summaries for senior leadership

Requirements

* Must have an undergraduate degree from a top - tier international university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, or project management.
* At least 6 years' experience in strategy and planning, with prior experience managing high-profile projects and initiatives
* Exposure to engagements within the Tourism and/or Culture sectors is highly preferred
* Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills, along with expertise in conducting feasibility studies and designing presentations to share findings
* Arabic language is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
