Job description / Role
* Recruitment Cycle, including, but not limited to screening CVs, arranging for preliminary interviews, updating and tracking recruitment files.
* Leveraging advertisement strategies, including developing local and/or national recruitment plans, attending career fairs, actively participating in networking events, deciding on advertising media and coordinating job postings.
* Consulting with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, discuss manpower planning, and propose/recommend recruitment strategies.
* Developing and fostering strong working relationships with managers and HR department to attain recruitment success and credibility.
* Developing a strong network of contacts (internal and external to the organization) to identify and source qualified candidates.
* Leveraging online recruitment sources to identify, track and select candidates.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on all candidates, searches, recruitment communications and other related activities to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
* Supporting the various Human Resources functions and performing other related tasks as needed and requested by management.
Requirements
* Quick in screening, analyzing, experience in the construction field.
* Knowledge of using recruitment websites.
* Experience in Recruitment Cycle, including, but not limited to screening CVs, arranging for preliminary interviews, updating and tracking recruitment files.
