About The Job

Provide technical expertise on delivering the Smart Field program by defining, designing the requirements of Smart infrastructure, monitoring and control system for remote management of Smart facilities /operation for both new field development and existing facilities at ADNOC onshore fields. Work with the management to promote smart field AI program to increase operating efficiency and improve on HSE issues

Key Accountabilities:
- Reviews conceptual design for remote monitoring and control systems for field upgrade projects and existing field facilities in coordination with Operations and Field Development.
- Provides expert advice on corporate strategy implementation for voice, data and video services in line with Smart Field programme requirements.
- Coordinates and participates in review FEED/EPC deliverables on control system architecture and automation & control philosophy for both new projects and existing upgrade projects to check compliancy with main automation and Smart Fields requirements.
- Attend design review meeting with Engineering and EPC Contractors to check compliancy with main Smart Fields requirements.
- Develop Smart Fields requirements guidelines for specification and selection of process integrated control and safety systems for field development.
- Prepare blueprints, drawings, layouts and other visual aids to address requirements and indicate progress to management.
- Participates in the scope of work reviews to ensure technical requirements and applicable policies and procedures are aligned in all phases of the project.
- Participates in technical evaluation of bids and provide construction input when required.
- Participates in review of project planning package and provide inputs to the planning engineer on the area of improvement, major risks and shortfalls in the schedule.

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

-10 years' experience in engineering in the O&G industry with relevant Smart Fields experience
