Sports Massage Therapist up to 15k Aed for a Physio And Rehab Center in the Uae

POSITION: Sports Massage Therapist
SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: Physiotherapy and Rehab Center
WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any European nationals
• Male, below 35 years old
• Candidate with DHA license/Eligibility/data flow letter is highly prioritized
• Candidates who are willing to take the DHA Licensure Exam are also willing to apply

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• With bachelor’s degree/diploma/certification in Massage Therapy is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a sports clinic in the UAE
• Candidate with DHA license/eligibility letter/data flow will be prioritized
• For candidates employed in UAE, she must be willing to transfer HAAD/MOH/DCC license to DHA license
• Proficient knowledge of reflexology, trigger point, sports and deep tissue massage
• Fluent in oral and written English is essential

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Giving massages and applying strapping and taping techniques to provide support
• Advising about stretching and warming up exercises
• Making decisions about whether athletes and players can continue
• Administering treatment for minor injuries such as bruises, strains and blisters
• Referring individuals to appropriate sports and medical practitioners for further treatment
• Designing and implementing rehabilitation and detox programmes
