Job description / Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and as part of the Marketing team, you will support the business in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategy.
Your responsibilities
* Delivering weekly and monthly website performance and channel ROI reporting
* Working alongside an SEO & Content agency, you'll write website copy that is in line with SEO best practice
* Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with the coordination of PPC, YouTube & Paid Social Media assets and campaigns alongside their external agencies
* Optimising landing pages to drive strong performance
* Accountable for logging and carrying out all website "hygienic" and copy updates
* Assisting with the content planning process, coordinating with our PR specialist, copywriter, and external SEO and content agency
* Driving commercial performance across the website in conjunction with their UX team
Requirements
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar or related role and a passion for all forms of Digital Marketing
* Experience working with AdWords, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
* Coordinating with external agencies on projects and campaigns to continually drive the best performance
* Using third party tools to analyse and interpret data and trends
* Strong experience of optimising PPC and SEM campaigns
* Excellent Copywriting and CMS editing skills
* Commercially focused, versatile with a can-do approach
* Problem solving and willing to learn new technologies or skills
* Able to demonstrate high level of numeracy with strong attention to detail - Excel competency is essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to organise tasks and adjust priorities depending on changing workflows
* A team player with excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships within the company and externally with our agencies
* Experience setting up and managing Paid Social Media campaigns, with Facebook Ads Manager knowledge is desirable but not essential
