Job description / Role
* To supervise and maintain the quality of works carried out by the maintenance team of 11KV & 33KV substation equipment.
* To ensure completion of maintenance activity within the outage time provided.
* To update the management for any incidents or happenings in the maintenance area.
* To ensure proper inspection, upkeeping and condition monitoring of 11KV and 33Kv substations in live condition.
* To report identified maintenance triggers and initiate for outages to carry out preventive maintenance.
* To attend emergency, break down maintenance on time with maintenance team.
* To carry out fault analysis study on the break downs to identify the cause of failures and take appropriate preventive measures
* To prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to the management.
Requirements
* BE/B.Tech. degree holders with minimum 8 years of experience in the maintenance of 11KV & 33KV substation equipment will be desired.
* The candidate should be well versed with preventive/breakdown maintenance practices of 11 and 33KV Transformers, SF6/vacuum circuit breaker switchgears, 11KV RMUs and other substation equipment.
* Should have fair knowledge of protection and SCADA systems. Candidates having UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
