Sr. Manager/Director Registrar for a Government Entity

Job description / Role

Sr. Manager/Director Registrar up to 50K AED for a Government Entity in Dubai
• Contribute to planning, development and implementation for overall business growth of the company through enhancing competitiveness and the business partners located within the jurisdiction
• Provide legal advise and support on the daily operations in terms of the company registry
• Ensure compliance on all statutory books and documents received pertaining to the various regulations
• Contribute to any regulation amendments in line with the global/federal/state regulation changes

Requirements

• Open to UAE nationals
• Male, 45 years old and below
• With bachelor’s/master’s degree in Law/Business Administration/any related specialization
• With 8 - 10 years of relevant experience (legal background) preferably in a company registry, special economic zone, and industrial zones
• With experience in law firms managing commercial license, formation, disputes, merging, acquiring
• With knowledge of UAE labor law, commercial law, private companies’ regulations, registration and licensing, and free zone regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, relationship building and analytical skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Salary up to 50,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications, plus family benefits (air ticket, education allowance and health insurance)
