Job description / Role
About the Client:
One of UAE's largest and most trusted business setup advisory firms
Job Role:
• Support the Marketing Team with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, initiatives, events and other programs
• Coordinate internal and external events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, inventory control, on sight deliverables, and maintaining stock of marketing collaterals
• Liaise with partners and vendors in maintaining contracts and agreements in a systematic format
• Understand the marketing dashboard and extract meaningful reports to initiate campaigns that help align the marketing KPIs
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality timely delivery and execution of marketing programs and collaterals
• Conduct market research and competitor study to identify the trends and recent updates within the industry
• Excellent Project Management skills and willingness to take ownership of new assignments and tasks
• Liaise with external digital agencies to ensure the smooth flow of marketing campaigns
Requirements
Requirements:
• 38 years old and below
• Open to Western and Arabic candidates
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any relevant field
• With at least 5 years of experience in the same role
• Knowledgeable in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge and understanding of using WordPress for website, blogs, articles updates, and data analytics
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools Adobe Photoshop / InDesign and Illustrator
• Must be committed with positive attitude
• Proficiency in Arabic language is a an advantage
