Sr. Mechanical Engineer for a Construction and Engineering Company

Sr. Mechanical Engineer up to 35k for a Construction and Engineering Company in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Act as a leader of the mechanical section by being responsible for the training, design quality, performance, work processes and resourcing management of the section
• Establish an efficient and effective interface between Project Management Team, Client (Owner), contractors and vendors
• Prepare technical proposals and mechanical design reports
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data, production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies
• Prepare and deliver staff evaluations including staff performance and workload allocation
• Ensure conformance to applicable standards and codes, as well as company policies and procedures
• Ensure completion of projects within the set timelines

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 45 years old and below

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related course
• With minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the EPC / Oil and Gas industry
• Project experience from a renowned oil and gas companies is highly preferred
• Deep tunnel background is a must
• With strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
