Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, flexible and proactive individual to really make their mark with one of the most notable multionational firms in the region.

The Staffing Administrator will support the staffing function by supporting the Staffing team, as well as the wider HR team in a variety of tasks, including improving and maintaining tracking and reporting, conducting global searches to help Senior Professional staff match resources with specific expertise required, In addition, you will carry out ad hoc projects and tasks as requested by the Staffing Manager.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Salary dependent upon experience

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, preferably at a professional services firm
• Very strong verbal communication skills; fluency in English
• Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Comfortable with the use of data based systems and report running
• Organizational skills: ability to handle competing priorities effectively
• Resourcefulness and high attention to detail
• Strong service orientation and responsiveness to requests
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
