Become a part of the leadership team within a school based in the heart of Dubai that encourages studentsto explore their passions, interests, and curiosities, in an environment of teamwork, inclusivity and mutual respect. This school teaches the UK National Curriculum, and is looking for a skilled, experienced and professional Curriculum Leader to join their team in January 2024. Working and promoting to school framework of Mindset; Entrepreneur; Health & Wellbeing; Sustainable Leadership; Global; and Digital Literacy - within a holistic, inclusive, and fun educational; environment.

As a STEM Curriculum Leader will work in conjunction with the Principal to ensure that the curriculum is broad, sequential and relevant, taking account of all learners in their care. A STEM Curriculum Leader will place the highest importance on the well-being of all students, ensuring excellent levels of pastoral support and encouragement of every child.

As a STEM Curriculum Leader will model the values of the school and create a culture where all members of the community learn, thrive and collaborate, ensuring all individuals are empowered and nurtured, as the school becomes known as a centre of excellence in Dubai.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role of STEM Curriculum you must have the below:

• Bachelor's degree in science, or MA in educational leadership with a focus on students innovation (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or relevant education credentials.
• Proven experience in teaching STEM subjects to students of varying age groups.
• Strong knowledge of STEM principles and educational practices.
