The Tiffany Store Manager will effectively lead, develop and support the sales and operations team members of the store to meet and/or exceed sales plans and profitability targets.

The Tiffany Store Manager is a dynamic, attentive and inspiring leader who has strong relationship building expectations for unsurpassed customer service.

The Store Manager is the team leader, an individual that locally builds a climate of the Tiffany Experience and client development by maximizing the performance of motivated, innovative, enthusiastic and engaged employees who are sales plan achievers.

This position focuses on the overall store management of staff, team development, scheduling, sales and operational effectiveness and training.

Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve and/or exceed sales plan;
- Create, communicate and execute a vision for the sales team;
- Regularly partner with Store team to assist with closing transactions through effectively modelling selling behaviors;
- Use sales reporting tools to create recommendations for increasing sales;
- Regularly communicate corporate strategies and initiatives to Sales professionals to increase sales;
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales plan achievement and set sales strategy for Sales professionals.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2-5 years of management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant customer related experience;
- Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results;
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including morning or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, POS system;
- The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism both with clients and staff members;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and multi-task, possess proactive & problem solving abilities and a high level of flexibility;
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to be equally comfortable interacting with top clients within a service context, as well as socializing personally in more formal settings;
- Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion;
- Extensive experience servicing high-net worth and demanding clientele;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills;
- Personal presentation of the highest standards.
