Store Manager

Job description / Role

- Building customer loyalty and brand in equity amongst targeted customers.
- Completing all requisite trainings in product knowledge and sales.
- Conduct store orientation for trainees whenever required.
- Complete surveillance of the store for any out of proper order.
- Demonstrate high level of customer service, professional and confidentiality in all communications.
- Efficiently maintaining the Visual Product merchandising of the stores.
- Enforce Green Bird policies at all times.
- Ensure security guidelines for all products are followed through all parts in the sales process, i.e: POS, etc.
- Good communications skills in all spheres are required.
- Implement the daily responsibility with no delay.
- Maximization of retail sales of your shop and department through the implementation of efficient selling techniques, and providing the best customer care and service.
- Maximize retail sales by assisting customers on providing complementary garments, shoes, bags, etc.
- Maximize retail sales by using the client database and develop professional relationship with your Clients.
- Perform highly coordinated team work with the sales/asst. manager/supervisor to ensure store target is achieved.
- Promoting and increasing awareness of professional luxury lifestyle retail store etiquette.
- Participating in inventory concern and duties.
- Supporting morale through perceiving the organization is the employer of choice.
- Providing all sales data to line manager.
- Reporting and analyzing customer needs and general sales demand of fashion trends to your line manager.
- Reporting customer feedback to line manager.
- Scheduling prioritizes optional use of working hours.
- Support line manager in achieving the department’s goals.
- Upgrade Green Bird image and reputation of excellence towards its clientele

Requirements

- Certificate relevant and/or applicable to the fashion retail industry.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Management. Preferably in High End Fashion organizations.

Competencies
- English speaking is absolutely necessary.
- Preferably Arabic Speaking.
- A Clear understanding of the inner workings of the Fashion Retail industry.
- Intermediate Computer skills required.
