Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Italian luxury brand in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire a Store Manager.
As an ambassador of the brand, you will lead and develop the store team providing hands-on management and coaching. You will be responsible for several franchises inside the renowned department store in Dubai mall. You will identify, recruit and develop talent as well as prepare succession plans. You will also organise the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibility.
Cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the business, you will lead and develop the store whilst connecting with all relevant stakeholders. In addition, In addition, you will maximise the potential of all product categories in the store by capitalising on all support including visual merchandising, training, events and the country office team. You will also ensure synergy between the different categories.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold significant retail experience in a department store or a similar dynamic environment. You should have demonstrable leadership and management abilities and be an inspiring, creative, diplomatic and meticulous leader with strong coaching and communication skills. It is essential you are fluent in English and Arabic.
