The Ideal Store Manager will provide leadership and direction to the team members towards the achievement of goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should be excited to collaborate with a diverse team of confident and passionate individuals, and lead their expertise in delivering a luxury beauty experience to our customers for our new Kiehls Store in Muscat - Oman
Requirements
The Store Manager is required to Drive sales, monitor performance, identify commercial opportunities, and make recommendations to meet and exceed sales targets. We are looking for the right leadership to coach and motivate the team to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles.
