Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an iconic cosmetics brand who is looking to hire a Store Manager to join their team in the UAE.
You will be responsible for creating the ultimate experience for your customers, ensuring their satisfaction at all times. You will oversees the P&L, analyse results and generate action plans, ensure all policies and procedures are followed. You will also lead and motivate your team to achieve profitability and client satisfaction.
Requirements
The successful candidate should currently be working in retail cosmetics as either an Assistant Manager or Manager for over 2 years. Ideally, you should have UAE experience. Due to the nature of the role preference will be given to female candidates.
