Position Title: Store Manager (FMCG)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up 20,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a highly respected Consumer Retail Company leading the UAE distribution of brands with the best quality for customers; with multiple branch within Dubai dedicated on sales, distribution, logistics, processing and marketing of food products
Job Role:
- Develop store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic and Asian nationals
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or accounting courses
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a store manager specifically from FMCG industries
- Experience from companies handling frozen goods/products is an added advantage
- Strong customer management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- With valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
