Job description / Role
A famous, international and iconic fashion brand is currently looking to hire a Store Manager for one of their newest boutiques in the UAE.
As the Store Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the store's day-to-day operations
* Supervising the retail sales and monitoring staff performance, ensuring that the customer service is at par with the world renowned quality of the brand
* Organizing store layout and maintaining the right ambience as per brand's specification
* Handling complaints within the stores tactfully and effectively
* Manage cash & stock account systems
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline
* Senior retail management experience in luxury fashion
* Extensive background in dealing with VIP clientele
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive and has keen attention to detail
