Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned luxury retail brand who are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team based in one of their flagship stores in Dubai. This role will report directly to the Regional Brand Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading luxury retail brand, contributing to the continued success of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of the store and establishing positive relationships with the clientele. You will represent the brand as an ambassador while demonstrating strong knowledge and a driving passion for the brands products and services. Other responsibilities will include coaching and continuously developing the team, managing the stores P&L, developing customer experience strategies and creating a luxury environment.
In addition this role will be responsible for implementing and achieving the stores KPI’s to drive sales and revenue targets, managing the roster of all retail staff and maintaining in store visuals in line with the brand standards.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience working within a luxury retail capacity with a strong background in customer service. A minimum of 3 years management experience is also preferred. The successful candidate should be a strong team-player, driven and presentable. Strong preference will be given to bilingual English/Arabic speakers.
