Position Title: Store Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A luxurious co-working retail in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and upheld as per organization standards, and a safe environment is upheld for all customers, staff, and suppliers while achieving and maximizing occupancy targets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and monthly team KPIs.
• Train and coach team members on effectively handling resolution of customer grievances and queries with minimum cost to the business.
• Source brand partners and trends in line with the guidelines and targets set out by the business.
• Implement and maintain professional grooming/dress code and suitable style for the environment at work by being a role model for the team, always showing the customers and brand partners what a great and innovative store looks like

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arab nationals
• 35 years old and below
• At least 4 years of experience in handling a store – luxury/top international brand
• Excellent English communication skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
