Job description / Role
Purpose: To maintain Stores/Warehouse in an efficient manner and support the purchase function for effective management of the supply chain function in order to ensure safe and continuous operation of the Offshore Assets.
* Receive and dispatch of materials supported with proper documentation
* Organization and management of the store
* Updating of inventory records and report preparation
* To assist Procurement Department in local logistics (as when allocated by supervisor)
Requirements
- College Graduate or with a 5 years' experience in Marine Offshore Field
- 2 years Experience in Offshore/Marine Industry and 4 years in stores and inventory role
Job Specific Skills:
- Must have a good understanding of stores and inventory procedures
- Familiar with Engineering items (spares & consumables)
- Must be able to work on IT systems
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
