A fine dining Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
• Oversee and maintain restaurant inventory, ensuring adequate levels of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
• Place accurate and timely orders, inspect deliveries for quality, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Maintain precise records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries for efficient financial tracking.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to address needs and ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Monitor and uphold quality standards for incoming goods, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the F&B / hospitality industry in the UAE
