Our unprecedented knowledge of this market segment has enabled us to penetrate clients in new geographical regions with ease. Consequently, we are seeking an experienced recruiter to help nurture, develop and grow our international client base.

The Role:

• We are seeking and experienced recruiter, ideally with knowledge of the management consulting marketplace.
• The role will be based in our Dubai operation in Downtown Business Bay.
• The medium to long term focus of the role presents an opportunity to help build out a presence within the Far East Asia and assist in the opening of a new international location for NSIBF based in Singapore.
• To be a successful recruiter with NSI, you’ll need to be target driven but also have the aptitude to sell yourself and NSI’s know-how to both clients and candidates.
• If you've also got charm, great communication skills and the get-up-and-go to enthuse others with what you can do for them, you're likely to do well. We are looking for people who have the persistence and knowledge to build and create their own business within a rapidly growing environment.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English is essential
• You must have a proven track record in a recruitment environment and be able to demonstrate you have successfully worked with targets.
• We are looking for people who have consistently smashed targets!
• Experience of recruitment Management Consulting Recruitment is also highly desirable.
• You must be able demonstrate that you have the drive and will to succeed
• Experience with Far East Asia Recruitment is also highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree is preferable
• At least 12 month's agency side recruitment experience within a specialized market.
• Candidates who speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be beneficial
