Job description / Role
The company specialise directly in Constructing and Developing building projects and are pursuing further avenues within the sector.
The position is essentially reporting into the Head of Structures.
Having extensive exposure and market knowledge of the buildings sector is necessary.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Having solid input into design phases
* Understanding and providing technical knowledge into structural issues
* Leading all Engineering aspects
* Ensure the requirements are fully defined
* Ensure a system engineering approach is adopted
* Ensure Concept Designs and Detail Designs meet requirements
* Provide technical advice to all project teams
* Ensure designs are compliant with specifications and procedures
* Produce Engineering, Assurance and Project Management documents
Requirements
* Have minimum a B.Sc. or M.Sc. level degree
* Be fluent reading, writing and speaking the English language
* Be able to relocate to Dubai
* Have knowledge of the Middle Eastern market
* 7+ years' experience minimum
The following are desirable qualities:
* 7+ years' experience in the industry
* Exposure to Buildings Sector in Dubai.
* Availability: As soon as possible
* Have previous experience in Dubai, UAE
* Be able to work in a team effectively
