Job description / Role
Our client , a tier 1 strategy consulting company , is looking for fresh graduates to join their internship program for 3 months, for summer 2016, with a strong possibility to convert to a permanent role with the company.
As a Summer Associate, you would be staffed as a full-time member on a case team. The types of project may vary – it could be anything from developing a long-term strategy for a major European energy player to working with a global charity to maximize the utility they can get from their limited resources. Your role on the team might include activities such as client interviews, market research and analysis, hypothesis generation and testing – all of which may be essential to helping the team achieve case objectives.
The company’s apprenticeship model offers the chance to learn applicable skills and approaches for the consulting environment. You will receive lots of on-the-job coaching and training from senior members of your case team.
This internship offers you an exciting opportunity for on-the-job training from senior managers and experts on the team , and would potentially lead to a full time offer with the company.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or students in final year from top tier universities with a GPA of 3.9 or above
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Strong analytical capabilities in Excel, Access or other similar programs
