Job description / Role
* Analyse incoming material demand of Middle East countries and highlight potential risks of purchasing surplus material to the regional management
* Source material intercompany and/or alternatively with Middle East procurement team and coordinate with all stakeholders including Doka offices in other regions
* Act as a link between HQ and the countries in regards to balance material required from Doka production
* Ensure the sourcing processes and communication are running efficiently and smoothly and provide the inquiring country with optimal cost and time-effective solution
* Adhere to dispo rules, controls, policies and procedures given by regional management
* Update and analyse regional reports and statistics, immediately highlight critical gaps to the management and present an overall analysis to the regional management on a weekly basis
Requirements
* At least 3 years experience in supply chain environment, ideally in the Middle East
* Preferably formwork / construction knowledge
* Preferably JAFZA knowledge

* Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
* Proactive character with the ability to make decisions
* Attention to detail
* Team player
* Knowledge of MS software
* Excellent English
