Role Summary:

Develop drive and implement the strategy of Procurement and Sourcing across all PCs and PLs. Implement transformational changes, create programs responsive to external environment and participate in cross functional business and cultural development. Influence and partner with all Product companies and other Sourcing Leaders to drive one BHGE Supply Chain excellence and deliver savings/value.

Essential Responsibilities:

• The role requires both strategic and operational focus to lead Sourcing strategy and execution within the region, as required to support regional customer projects of various scopes and commit to savings' targets that reflects on cost out results.
• Partner cross functionally to ensure improvement in overall execution to customer need-date and drive the supplier selection, development, and monitoring and overall supplier management in accordance with the broad sourcing strategy.
• Partner with Sourcing Quality to improve supplier qualification process, increase defect detection, and reduce Cost of Quality (COQ).
• Drive 100% compliance to Sourcing policies and procedures, supplier approval, competitive bidding, delegation of authority approval.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration/Engineering or Supply Chain Management or Procurement and Sourcing.
• Experience within O&G industry at least 3 years in a compliant supply chain environment.
• Strong financial background.
• Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels functions: able to deliver messages effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to communicate using English.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Strong PC skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
