Job description / Role
- Provide regular reports & updates to Sales Team on invoicing and backlog levels on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Shortage Management ensure shortage management is carried out proactively in conjunction with all stakeholders, to minimize impact to the business.
- Drive continuous improvement mindset, to ensure ECSL is consistently > 97% and backlog remains minimal or zero.
- Slow mover management drive regular daily, weekly, monthly, slow mover reduction actions including sell out and scrapping, in order to ensure maximum benefit for Henkels bottom line.
- Optimize inventories in line with the global ambition of 20% reduction year on year.
- The candidate would also monitor and manage the external customer service team.
- Manage the complexity reduction project
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of work experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, customer service and or logistics
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Sap Knowlegde is a must
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS office
