Overview of the role:

- The job holder will play a crucial role in delivering on-time, high-quality, successful projects within the specified constraints of time and cost.
- The role holder will also be liaising with different teams such as IT, legal and procurement while executing the project
- The role holder is also responsible to ensure audit compliance and has to ensure SOPs are maintained and adhered to across supply chain functions.
- Build strong relationships with all key stakeholder to effectively enable critical decision making.

What you will do:

- Support deployment of Multi site fulfilment roll out programme
- Prepare cost, business case and project plan for all phases of the project
- Report on project progress using metrics
- Presentation and communication with the senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Establish best practices that supports continuous improvement and deliver business portfolio growth
- Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliant records of Project/Contract Management related activities for future reference or audit purposes.

Requirements

Required skills to be successful:

- Logistics operational experience
- Freight trends and logistics service providers knowledge/market intelligence on competency
- Open book budgeting, business case
- Project management and change management skills
- Familiar with root cause analysis, corrective plans, initiative tracking
- Takes ownership and makes decisions
- Professional, positive & displays Integrity: Communicates openly, transparently & confidently across a wide variety of internal & external audiences. Ability to interact cross functionally with peers and senior leaders to achieve beneficial business results.

What qualifies you for the role:

- E-commerce; fulfilment & last mile, NPS culture
- Proven track record of 6-8+ years in Logistics & Supply Chain, contract logistics.
- Retail industry experience.
- Cost modelling, presentation packs, process mapping
- GCC; Freight, Warehousing, Transport
- Having experience in WMS, SAP, integration with ERP/fulfilment centres, MS office.
- Experience of working on warehouse and contract logistics environment with multiple parties and variety of services, with proven ability in negotiations.
- Excellent oral and written English communication.
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
