Position: Supply Planning Executive

Job Responsibility:
- The key purpose of the role is to support for co-ordination of Supply Planning activities for ME, Pakistan and KSA, while executing production plans, managing forecast output and Inventory control and also ensuring availability of products In Full and On time, to enable meet IFOT and Customer satisfaction
- Ensure Compliance to HSSE policy and Code of Conduct.
- Plan monthly FG production based on Forecast and measure Production Schedule Adherence.
- Plan requirement of FG in Marine Consignment Locations and in KSA based on replenishment frequency, stock norms and /or safety stock working to ensure availability of the right product.
- Support in preparation of Aggregate Plan, MRP, DRP, RCCP, MPS for ME, KSA and Pakistan.
- Plan for inventory of blended, imported & locally outsourced grades to ensure optimum stock availability, while contributing to better the Working Capital.
- Involve and contribute to weekly Demand Control meetings with Business functions, as a process for discussing and resolving issues in short term window.
- Support in preparation of Supply Review packs monthly in liaison with CF, Procurement, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service department.
- Provide feedback to regional team on LBM forecast, SKU count, Inventory outlook and other reports required from the cluster.
- Provide support to the Streamline process, as needed from time to time

Requirements

- Graduate (preferable MBA).
- A professional qualification in Supply Chain will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Planning.

- Well-versed in MS Office applications / JD Edwards.
