System Analyst - Al Futtaim Motors Head Office

Job description / Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst to join Al Futtaim Motors Head Office. The main purpose of the role is to support the Process & Compliance team for on-going improvement, maintenance and support of SAP IS-Auto and ARIBA systems whilst acting as the subject matter expert around financial modules within the current SAP systems as well as support the Process & Compliance team in all change requests implementation.

The main responsibilities of the role are to lead and implement agreed SOP and RFC designs together with the business; to understand the responsibilities of various roles within the organization in SAP and Ariba; review new role creation and existing role modifications in SAP and Ariba; monitor and provide finance approvals for necessary system transactional authorizations; to provide a business coordination role on all AFM EIT projects which require financial interface - including participation in business cases, requirements definition phasing, test scripts, testing, assisting in training when required, go live support, etc; to provide system support and improve the teams SAP system knowledge and navigation by giving training and providing user manuals; to support the Process and Compliance team in all system control activities.

Requirements

- Post graduate in Accounting/Finance with sound knowledge of SAP ERP system
- At least 5 years relevant experience in SAP ERP Implementation and Support in a reputed organizations.
- At least 2 Years relevant experience in Accounting.
- A strong finance background would be desirable.
- Understanding of how to interface the solution with third party systems to reduce manual processes.
- Excellent OCM (Organisational Change Management) experience and ideally come from an end user environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders

Job-Specific Skills:
- SAP ERP - SAP FI/CO Consultant with cross functional experience in other modules of SAP
- SAP ERP - Implementation, Development & Maintenance
- A thorough understanding of an ERP application and its integration to finance along the entire supply chain.
