Talent Acquisition Analyst - Al Futtaim Group HR - Dubai, UAE

As part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team based in our head office in Dubai, the main purpose of this role is to support and provide analysis to the regional Talent Acquisition Manager in relation to regional TA activities and executive search and contingent vendors in order to develop, review and implement an effective regional and recruitment vendors strategies.

This position will also provide administrative support to the Head of Talent in a pro-active manner and with minimal supervision and requires high degree of confidentiality.

Requirements

To be successful for this opportunity, you should have Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years' experience in an executive administration support position, ideally from a recruitment agency or large organization.

You must be able to compile information and reports in an effective and timely manner, flexible to handle numerous tasks at one time, work well with all levels of internal management and staff, clients and vendors to maintain a good working relationship.

High proficiency in MS Office Applications and excellent in spoken and written English is required for this role. Arabic language would be an advantage.
