Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist specialising in Construction sector.

He/She will be responsible to identify, attract and recruit prospective candidates for the business. The individual will be working closely with the management to ensure that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that the organization is effectively identifying and hiring the talent the business needs to achieve its goals.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience required.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting junior, mid and senior level roles within the construction sector.
- Degree in HR preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with specialized sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business in a cost effective manner.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
- Strong and demonstrated command of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet recruiting tools is required.
