Talent Acquisition Lead - Assessment and Talent Pools - Group HR

To lead and deliver an end-to-end talent acquisition process and solution in partnership with the brand and in alignment with business growth plans for mid-level roles.

- Stakeholder & Account Management
- Manpower Planning & Forecasting
- Internal Talent Acquisition
- Analysis & Reporting

Requirements

The incumbent will have a degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources; with at least 4 years of recruitment experience. They must also have basic knowledge of UAE labor laws & regulations.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will be assessed for their experience and knowledge of sourcing processes and channels, as well as client management.
