Position Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our business. We are looking for an innovative and hands-on leader to develop and implement a leading talent acquisition strategy across MENA. Your role will be to ensure we are able to bring the best talent on board quickly and effectively ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience at every step, whilst positioning Nestle as an employer of choice in the market.
A day in the life of
- Design and Execute market Talent Acquisition strategy : Drive the creation, execution, and alignment of the MENA market talent acquisition strategy. Partner with Regional Integrated Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to build resource planning activity and determine required resources.
- Able to build and capture metrics that can deliver compelling recruitment insights/analytics to the business
- Engage Senior leaders and HR colleagues: Define and record functional and business talent acquisition strategies. Support and provide expertise to senior management and market/business HRD when conducting executive search activity.
- Employer of choice: Develop the internal understanding of our employer brand, ensuring consistency of communication from hiring managers to candidates across the market, partnering with T&L to establish training courses. Partner with above-market resourcing team on the use of digital and social media channels to source high quality talent and position Nestlé (or business entity) as an employer of choice.
- Nestlé needs YOUth (NNY): Design and lead the YOUth strategy for MENA to achieve market commitments. Partner with Universities, other educational establishments, and corporate partners to position Nestlé as a leading employer of choice for highly capable youth. Recommend specific attraction and selection methodologies to ensure that Nestlé sources the right students for the Organisation.
Requirements
What will make you successful
- Previous people leadership experience covering multiple markets is essential
- Delivery focused with an execution mindset
- Ability to leverage a pre-existing network of candidates and contacts in the market as well as the ability to convert potential talent to candidates.
- Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, and other digital sourcing channels)
- Prior experience within the recruiting industry, ideally gained by experience within both recruitment agencies (or RPO) and in-house talent acquisition functions within a multinational Organisation
- Management of suppliers from the Executive search industry
- Worked within a Matrix environment, achieving results through effective influencing and collaboration skills
- Arabic is highly desirable
