Employment: Full Time

The Al-Futtaim Talent Acquisition department is responsible for attracting, sourcing and selecting quality talent who help the business achieve their strategic objectives.

Our department consists of five teams covering our business verticals: Retail, Automotive, Real Estate and Corporate Services and Emiratisation.

We are looking for a manager who will lead one of these teams and deliver the following:
- Confirm the critical talent to be acquired by the Division, both in the UAE and Regionally, in response to business strategy and initiatives
- Prepare and implement attraction, sourcing and selection strategies for the Division for critical roles, which will create value for the business
- Build relationships with business stakeholders, including the HR Director, MDs and GMS, marketing TA accomplishments and addressing business Talent issues
- Ensure the TA team delivers Talent against Business Hiring Plans, presenting weekly and monthly reports to key stakeholders
- Coach and develop your team’s performance at producing key work outputs, including job briefs, advertisements and shortlists which lead to improvements in quality, time and cost metrics.

Requirements

You should possess a relevant Degree or Diploma (Human Resources or business related field) and should have at least a minimum of five years' current recruitment experience (agency/inhouse), with at least two years' experience managing a team.

You should have extensive knowledge and experience in attraction campaigns, sourcing processes, channels and client/candidate management.

You should be focused on results, comfortable with delivering presentations and able to hold meetings with senior individuals.

Most importantly you should be a team-player and happy to pitch in. There are no egos here and we want to keep it that way!
