Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees

Main responsibilities:
You should also be able to attract candidates using various recruitment tools like job portals, Linked In and in house database searches. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases and job boards
- Screen candidates resumes and qualify them against current and future roles
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: ASAP
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

- Degree / Diploma in HR or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment in the GCC

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Outgoing with strong communication and negotiations skills
- Well spoken with an positive approach toward company, candidates and team.

Current Location: United Arab Emirates
Language Fluency: English, Arabic, French
