Job description / Role
The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient consultative and proactive resourcing service to the Middle East as well as managing the full recruitment life cycle.
Duties include:
- Working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team to partner with the business, advising on staffing strategy, hiring and sourcing trends
- Providing market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies
- Taking the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by working with the Hiring Managers to shortlist suitable candidates, pre-screen and interview candidates,
- Consulting with the Hiring Manager to work on the development of the offer
- Negotiating the offer with the candidate on behalf of the Hiring Manager.
- Responibility for inputting and updating data in AGRS on a real time basis
- Optimising job postings and screening questions for marketability for both internal and external positions
- Preparing candidates for interviews with the Hiring Manager
- Accountability for ensuring a positive experience for the candidate
- Positively positioning AECOM to candidates
- Representing AECOM & Business Lines with external partners to include but not limited to employment agencies and college/university contacts in a professional manner
- Participating in site specific and or function specific recruiting and community events
Requirements
- Candidates with a mix of agency and in-house recruiting preferred.
- Experience working with Excel, Word and using the Internet and email and preferably also experience using in-house recruitment databases.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment.

- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Comfortable communicating with staff and candidates of different levels and nationalities
