Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Design various recruitment strategies
- Responsible for entire recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, screenings calls and scheduling interviews
- Research alternative ways to recruit talent, as well as attend job fairs and social networking events, conduct resume database searches, and make cold calls.
- Develop and maintain relationship with all recruitment process outsource managers.
- Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
- Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
- Research, create &/or update the Company’s pay scales & grading system.
- Assist in the implementation of the Company’s Succession Plan.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Agency & Corporate recruiting experience necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interface with multiple and diverse customer needs.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.
