Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global multinational retail organisation that has a large presence in the Middle East and headquarters in Dubai. Selling direct and through a variety of distributors, our client is experiencing an extensive growth period and is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary 5 month basis.
Following the company's competency framework for suitable candidates, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and shortlisting CVs before presenting them to hiring managers for second interviews. You will assist with the full recruitment process, providing feedback to candidates, ensuring that internal stakeholders comply with best practices. At the offer stage, you will negotiate with candidates, safeguarding the smooth acceptance and on-boarding of individuals.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have more than 3 years' experience in a recruitment role, ideally within internal HR recruitment. You should also possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Our client has stated a preference for a bachelors Degree although this is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, you should already be on your husbands or fathers sponsorship.
