Employment: Full Time

Looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to join an ever growing, well-known business based in Dubai.

This individual will be someone who can change culture, mindset and bring in best practice. Looking for someone who can come in and propose changes to improve performance management.

The roles main responsibilities are as follows:

* Assist in the design / development of core Talent Management processes and programs and ensure its timely implementation
* Design and develop Talent Management policies and framework mainly Performance Management
* Drive Functional Competency Framework review
* Manage and drive implementation and culture change around 360 assessments
* Continuously develop, enhance and evaluate current Talent Management related systems, processes and communication strategies
* Ensure compliance
* Play an active role in driving a culture of high performance
* Lead by example
* Will work with a lot of stakeholders and deal with stakeholder management

Requirements

Key Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in managing Talent Management core disciplines
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organisational Development or related field. Master's degree or certifications in related discipline are a plus
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English. Arabic speaking desired
* Dealt with Performance Management, Role Profiles, Competency framework development and maintenance & 360 Assessments and Feedback in past or current roles
* Has experience dealing with strategy to enhance and improve operational performance focusing on critical organizational capabilities
