Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Manage the local talent acquisition strategy working on all head office.
* Oversee the full life cycle of talent acquisition from role requisition, job posting and briefing recruitment agencies through to assessments centres and offer management
* Manage the relocation cycle when employees transfer to other geographies across the globe.
* Ensure the employer brand remains attractive and competitive in the external market.
* Assist HR Director in conducting regular talent identification exercises in the line with agreed principles, ensuring data and information from other critical processes, such as PDP, 360 feedbacks is considered.
* Act as the main point of contact for Performance and Development Plan's ensuring timely submission of all PDPs at appropriate times throughout the year.
* Work with employees to ensure that they understand the learning and talent development plan.
* Work with employees to help define career paths that are available to them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have taken ownership of talent projects through to completion, you must be comfortable working collaboratively across a global business and have a commercial and proactive approach. You will be an experienced recruitment professional, someone who has previously worked in house in a fast growing business.
