Employment: Full Time

Our client a leading regional insurance company is looking for Talent Manager to join their operations in Dubai.

In collaboration with business leaders and HR, this position designs, implements and continuously improves talent management a programs and strategies to ensure the business has right-fit talent to drive its business goals.

This includes, but not limited to, the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Act as a consultant to plan and implement projects that support talent management a across the business
- Focus on organizational and talent forecasting, performance management, and talent and succession planning

Responsibilities
- Utilize workforce analytics and research to develop talent strategies, and evaluate their impact on the employee experience and business goals
- Develop, continuously improve and manage programs/initiatives that support the business, including:
- Performance review process
- Talent and succession planning process
- Organization and talent forecasting
- Employee engagement programs
- Support implementation of enterprise talent programs
- Research and recommend internal and external best practices

Requirements

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR Consulting focusing on talent management, organization development or related fields
- Strong understanding of talent management theory and application, with the ability to adapt traditional approaches to client and overall business needs
- Track record of using workforce analytics to design and evaluate talent strategies
- Strong consulting and influencing skills; ability to think strategically
- Ability to collaborate and proactively define and execute partnering opportunities with HR and business partners
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects that cut across multiple business units
- Proven ability to build, integrate, and lead effective and sustainable programs in applicable functional areas
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Strong diagnostic, problem solving, and analytical skills; including experience leveraging workforce analytics to define, implement and evaluate talent management strategies and practices
- Ability to manage and thrive within ambiguity and lead change
