Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client requires an experienced ( UAE National) Talent Management & National Development Manager.

Duties:
- Develop policies & initiatives to meet company aspirations on Talent Management, career development, succession planning & management development in line with talent/learning and development strategies
- Implement & manage the talent management strategy ensuring that the identified staff are on track, resources are effectively allocated and deployed according to company budgets
- Support the planning of a program of learning activities required to meet individual development needs through performance development plans
- Manage &lead projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation are achieved on time and within budgets
- Develop. implement and monitor Nationalization roadmap in line with HR and business strategies
- Manage and participate in events & workshops related to National development e.g career fairs
- Advocate and promote Nationalization initiatives concepts across the business
- Responsible for developing and monitoring programs for UAE Nationals
- Develop and manage a development program for UAE graduates, including setting up a parallel and scaleable intern program
- Prepare & Monitor the Nationalization budget to ensure effective utilization
- Working the business leaders and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
- Designing both in-house and with expert third parties a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training one to one training and action e learning
- Manage the training budget
- Implement truing academy with accredited such as ILM
- Develop mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of Talent Management activities ensuring service delivery is consistent
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on Nationalization, Training & Development, objective achievement issues

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree
- UAE National (Family Book)
- HR qualification or CIPD
- Specialization in Learning & Development
- min 10 years experience within HR
- Experience in soft skills training, designing and delivering a variety of training solutions
- Understanding of Talent Management methodologies
- Analytical skills negotiation,
- Excellent communications skills in English
- Influencing skills and interpersonal skills
- Result orientation
- Functional expertise
- Networking Skills
