Purpose of Role:

To support the Talent & Organisational Development team's strategic initiatives in the areas of: culture and change, organisational design, onboarding, succession planning, performance management, learning and development and career mobility.

Key Responsibilities

- Project support for key talent & OD initiatives, including scheduling and coordination, stakeholder engagement, creating presentations, tracking and monitoring progress and developing KPIs
- Design and some delivery of training workshop materials
- Design and implement training needs analysis
- Lead on design of technical and functional competency frameworks
- Support the design and roll-out of new organisational design principles and approach
- Support with the design and delivery of an approach to succession planning
- Support with event management for values and culture project
- Engage with culture champions and key stakeholder groups to deliver Talent & OD projects
- Design and deliver focus groups
- Analyse data from exit interviews, engagement survey and stakeholder focus groups to inform talent & OD initiatives

Requirements

- Proven experience in the areas of culture change, change management, organisational design, succession planning, performance management, technical competency framework design, training needs analysis, training design and training delivery.
- Proven experience in working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing organisation
- Able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and good practice in key areas: 1) Learning and development 2) Talent management 3) Organisation development and design particularly around change management and developing organisational culture
- Project management skills, including attention to detail, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
- Strong ability to build relationships and work well as part of a busy team
- Experience with large scale portfolio/program/project management
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as HR, psychology, business, education, instructional design, organisational development, or equivalent experience
- Up to 50% travel required to regions (Saudi, Pakistan, Egypt, Berlin)

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Master's degree or higher in related discipline (CIPD, business psychology or other)
- Test user ability and personality qualification (British Psychological Society)
- Experience supporting strategic HR/Talent initiatives in a start-up environment
- Experience with business, financial and process improvement tools, concepts and methodologies
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; a role model for the values
