Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: To provide full recruitment life cycle support to the retail business

Main responsibilities:
- Manages full recruitment life cycle
- Manage a number of roles with stakeholders in a timely manner
- Work with the line managers to gather key requirements for each role
- Work to set KPIs and SLAs in regards to CVs, interviews and closures
- Owns Relationship with Hiring Managers
- Directly accountable for executing recruiting excellence standards & programs
- Determine the most effective recruiting and advertising sources to identify and attract top candidates.
- Act as a Brand ambassador for all candidate interactions through process
- Act as primary point-of-contact for the candidate through the recruitment process.
- Qualifies candidates by screening applications, and candidates via telephone
- Present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for review
- Proactively source and screen passive and active candidates to fulfill manpower needs.
- Support and comply with all global standards related to recruitment and hiring.
- Use a range of sourcing and recruiting techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to identify top talent for current and future openings
- Build and maintain talent pools for current openings and ongoing business talent needs.
- Stay in contact with HRM and Line Management to ensure transparency and communication throughout the process.

Number required: 1
Gross monthly base salary: 17,000 AED

Requirements

- Competent with competency and behavioural based interview techniques
- Able to work autonomously
- 4 – 5 years’ experience at least one year in house
- Experience using a CRM is advantageous
- Customer focused-must be extremely customer service oriented to provide our clients: hiring managers, HR managers and candidates, with the highest level of recruiting excellence
- Action oriented and proactive approach to working with hiring managers and HR teams.
- End to end recruitment experience at a variety of levels, including senior management
- Ability to interact with hiring managers and candidates at all levels of the company
- Passionate about recruiting top talent demonstrated by high level of energy, positive & upbeat attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and follow-up skills in order to manager high volume recruitment.
