Our client is a large corporate services provider who are looking for an experienced Russian speaking accountant to join their Tax and Accounting Services team

Operations
Client Interaction and Record Keeping:
• Interact with clients to address their queries, issues, and concerns effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Financial Analysis:
• Review financial records, including income statements and expenditure documentation, to gain insights into clients' financial situations.
• Conduct client interviews to comprehensively understand their financial landscape.

Financial Management:
• Manage bookkeeping, payables, and receivables for clients.
• Handle petty cash and liaise with banks on behalf of clients for seamless financial transactions.

Tax Compliance and Regulation:
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.
• Ensure clients are informed about tax regulations and compliance requirements, minimizing the risk of penalties.

Tax Preparation and Advisory:
• Prepare or assist in preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses, ranging from simple to complex cases.
• Utilize federal, state, and local tax codes to maximize benefits for clients while adhering to government laws.

Tax Optimization:
• Identify potential deductions, credits, and exemptions to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Advise clients on strategies to reduce unnecessary tax payments.

Electronic Filing and Documentation:
• Utilize electronic filing software to accurately prepare and submit tax returns.
• Provide clients with a copy of the completed tax return for their records.

Complex Tax Cases:
• Consult tax law resources for challenging tax return scenarios.
• Address complex tax issues with appropriate solutions.

Accuracy and Reporting:
• Verify accuracy of information on previous tax forms.
• Calculate and invoice clients for preparation fees, ensuring transparency

Customer Satisfaction and Upselling:
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance customer experience

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Health care, air ticket, visa

Requirements

• A university graduate in Finance and Accounting
• ACCA/ CA / CPA /CMA qualified or pursuing
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE.
• Have excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Quality standards and quality assurance policy and procedure.
• Proficient in VAT and Tax Computations.
• Proficient in English & Russian
