Job Description & Summary
The Tax and Legal Services (TLS) UAE Accounts Driver is primarily focused on executing operational activities aimed at growing relationships for TLS UAE market. Responsible for implementing relationship management programs intended to support the client experience and enhance the PwC brand. Provides support to enable the organization in building and maintaining client relationships to achieve growth and market share objectives. Focuses on the understanding to TLS UAE's key strategic clients and using the knowledge of PwC's services implements solutions in line with the strategy set by the TLS BD Director, TLS Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and UAE TLS Markets Leader to implement targeted relationship programs and partnerships to grow the business and generate Incremental TLS revenue

Financial

- Execution of the  Account Management plan and  related revenue budget 
- Supports X-TLS BUs  in meeting targets for business opportunities through  facilitating the account management process and executing account management strategies set by the BD Director, Markets Leader and ELT
- Track and report on all spend areas within account management
- Adhere to the Account Management budget

Client and TLS services focus

- Implement activities which facilitate the maintenance and growth of revenue streams from Top TLS accounts and other targeted client accounts by leveraging internal team from the LoS and Clients and Markets team to ensure revenue generation
- Act as an internal sales coordinator to the firm's wider BD community in other LoS
- Work with the Lead Tax Partners in TLS LoS to develop relationship effectiveness, establishing and developing long-term client relationships, effectively representing client needs to ensure appropriate solutions are brought to the client

Internal Process

- Work with other functional areas across the firm such as the  TLS marketing team and finance to deliver infrastructure (such as Financial Performance Analysis, industry and client's analysis, market share and competitor SWOT analysis and Thought Leadership) to develop an Account Management strategy
- Perform account planning from research, documentation, and internal coordination across the firm and work with the Account Driver Lead to ensure that each account has a clear and actionable plan that meets the client's needs 
- Review  market studies conducted by the Marketing team and scope key accounts to target 
- Work with the CRM Lead to ensure that all Client Relationship Management activities and contacts are updated in Salesforce through championing the systems use

Learning & Growth

- Leverage Knowledge Management assets and Subject Matter Experts to bring in key opportunities for TLS and the firm 
- Act as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed
- Establish a healthy work environment 

Requirements

Education

- Degree educated

Language

- Fluency in spoken and written English

Overall Experience

- 4+ years of experience in the Account Management,  Business Development, or wider commercial role externally, ideally in  Professional services environment or Fortune 500 company.

Knowledge and Skills

- Knowledge of effective account/relationship management/opportunity management principles 
- Knowledge of the Professional Services Industry, including latest market developments, best practices and trends
- Knowledge of service offerings for all PwC LoS and industry sectors in the Middle East
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound commercial understanding
- Excellent project management skills 
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
