Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary task is to help students learn the subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature and responsible adults. Teachers report to the Heads of Sections. A teacher’s performance will be judged in terms of the performance standards (PS) set in the UAE New Inspection Framework as follows:

PS1. Students’ achievement
PS2. Students’ personal and social development, and their innovation skills
PS3. Teaching and assessment
PS4. Curriculum
PS5. The protection, care, guidance and support of students
PS6. Leadership and management

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education or in the subject of interest
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- Fluency in English
- Intermediate to advanced ICT skills
- Enthusiasm, commitment and high work ethic
